Comfortable and excellent food

Unfortunately, I am disappointed, have been loyal guests for many years. Have also celebrated birthdays and other celebrations there. Unfortunately, I lack the service concept and the appreciation of the guest. I was there with my daughter and my grandson. Although I had ordered a child's chair over the phone, the resulting waitress told me that I had forgotten to order the chair! Not a nice word and nothing! Sad. I felt unwanted as a guest. My grandson was not taken into account, neither toys while waiting, nor a small meal for my grandson first. Where has the cordiality gone? Above all, the warmth from the boss was always great! Unfortunately she wasn't there. The guest room is also very noisy, you don't understand the person opposite. Food was good. Too much chichi for me personally! We are in the Saale Holzland district!

Reservation needed. Guest rooms kept simple, the food is very interesting and tasty. Orders were brought carefully and quickly. Conclusion: not very cheap, but good - recommendation!

Very tasty, good cuisine, very friendly service, everyone. All round a nice break on a long journey. We were allowed to come at 2 p.m. and were served perfectly.

We were / are here for a week and I really have to say the rooms are completely ok and the food is just fantastic from a nice breakfast with fried egg on request to the just incredibly delicious dinner that could really come from grandma and therefore so good tastes that you really can't stay longer than a week otherwise you roll out of here;) I cannot understand what some have written about the service, I assume that something has been improved here, that the staff was always friendly and courteous The rooms here really have everything you need - towels and soap are provided and a thorough daily cleaning All around I recommend if you are in the area and looking for a dinner / room definitely to come here I only regret the extra points the next day;)

We were here again after a very, very long time. The guest rooms are very nice and nicely set. The menu is not very big but there is something for every taste and there are daily specials from which you can not choose. Because everything is freshly prepared, you have to wait a little longer for the food, but it's really worth it! The service is great too !!! We will come back in any case!!!

Lunch break at the Gasthaus am See on the way to Northern Germany. What a delightful culinary delight. Thuringian specialties and international delicacies, to be enjoyed in a stylish ambience and also on the terrace. Not only for a break from the motorway, but also a great holiday destination, as well as professional competence for your celebration.

Top food, price is completely justified. For the quality of the food. Everything we got served had soul. Decor is cozy and to feel good. All in all ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
